"A month or so ago, Bethany Deaton, an employee of State Farm in Scott Hanners office sent me a heads-up email to inform me that State Farm would be requesting a Survey of one of our rental properties. After I submitted the survey, I told her that I received an email from the survey company that the survey was incomplete and the time had expired. After I informed Bethany of this, she said she would look into it, which she did immediately. She replied that State Farm has the self-survey, and it was with underwriting in review!
